Slacking on Public Blogging.

So I seem to keep forgetting to post things on here.
This month it seems I have been writing a lot of poetry.
A lot of Haikus to be specific.
I also seem to be writing journal entries, that I don't feel like sharing.
it is interesting.
I am ten behind for the month once I post this one...
Maybe I will start posting more pictures...
though I haven't even been taking many of those.
This should be interesting to see how this goes.

Haikus to Lovers -2 -Time
01
The time passed slowly
When we were young and naive
We had ourselves fooled
We had crossed a line
Without care for another
living for ourselves
You knew that i cared
Yet, today was not enough
To keep us happy
There was doubt in me
I needed an adventure
So i let you in
We let time stand still,
pretend we had forever
Then it fell away
Pick up the pieces
You let time regain its place
I am not alone

The path was broken
We lost more than eachother
But I learned something.
Never letting go
Hurt you more than I can know
It made you doubt me.
One night in your bed
And finally I moved on
You opened my eyes
The way friendships change
Can make the sun look different
The sun always sets
But then it rises
And you kiss me good morning
We start a new chapter.

The Sunshine is Back

I just let Bailey inside. He went out an hour earlier than yesterday and it intrigues me the way the sun falls acrosss the yard differently. The morning sun makes my yard seem magical to say the least. It makes me happy. I enjoy bringing him out first thing in the morning more than any other time of day, simply because of the light. That is all. Now that he is inside, I am going to return to sleep until my alarm awakens me for school.

The Clock
01
time, such a fragile place in it we hold.
ticking, dissapearing yet standing still.
the clock, face is constantly changing.
the hours, still moving so slow.
the minutes, seem to pass like moments.
remembered, but always slowly fading.
seconds, are just blips on the radar.
buzzing alarm, a reminder that reality is waiting.
sleep, a place where these things called clocks do not exist.

Hello April!

So I am back at my house in St. Paul.
And I am sick. Lame.
I had an amazing time in Duluth though.
I have a couple blogs typed on my phone, that I may or may not post later.
I wish I could have stayed one more night... even though I feel shitty.
I only worked for an hour and a half last night... I asked to go home.
This is how my brain is working right now, in case you were wondering.

I can't wait to play tour guide next weekend. MPLS here we come!
4x5 will be fun too :D
back to sleep now until i have to get up and get ready for work.
