Stage Left: ENTER 2009 pt. 1

01 So, first blog post for 2009. Many many things have happened. Let me see... we wills start with January 2nd.

January 2nd, I finished shooting the 2009 Ca lander that I had been working on for Matt. (insert back story here) My friend Stephanie Shot it for me. Between the two nights that we spent shooting, we spent over 6 hours working on getting all the photos I needed (Thanks Stephanie) I was able to finish putting the calendar together that night and printed it the next morning so I could give it to Matt ASAP. He LOVED it :) I gave it to him in a giant box, and by giant I do mean giant, 2 ft by 3 ft or so.... He had no idea that I had actually had time to finish the calendar, even though one of our friends (*cough*ANDY*cough*) Most of his male friends have seen the calendar now, and I have been enjoying showing it off to all of our female friends as well. I am extremely proud of it :D

January 20th, I got my rose tattoo on my left side, the first of my two roses. I booked an appointment from 10AM until 1:30PM we got there (we being Joel and myself) ( there being Stillwater) at a little after 9:30AM. As we were walking towards a small cafe to indulge in breakfast I received a call from Paully, my tattoo artist. He was running a little late. So, Joel and I ended up having an entire hour to eat Breakfast. It took from 10:30 until Noon for Paully to draw up the tattoo, and then we started tattooing by about 12:30. We finished tattooing around 3:30. We ended up not having time to add the red to the rose, the part I had been most excited about. As of today, February 9th, I have yet to have a chance to go back and finish it.

(NEED TO GET PICTURES FROM MATT'S COMP!)

During January, I also purchased a new coat. An ankle length black button up coat. Very very similar to what I had been looking for.
